Meet Cortney Barton

Working with Wendi was fabulous from start to finish. As a licensed real estate broker in Chico for 44 years I could have marketed the home myself but chose to find a Lake Almanor broker to sell our home. I felt that the right person would know the market, the agents, and the area. Wendi was the right person! She provided pricing options that accurately reflected the amenities of our property. Needless to say, she was able to get it sold at a much higher price than we had expected. She gave us immediate feedback on showings, negotiated skillfully with the buyers' agent, facilitated inspections and repairs promptly, and made sure escrow closed on tim...

Megan helped our family purchase a lake house in Lake Almanor and we are so glad we had her represent us. She is very personable and easy to work with. She is very responsive, a great communicator, and overall a great realtor. I would highly recommend.

Amazing, she responds back very quickly, and is eager to help! She is very reliable and very knowledgeable about the homes! I was viewing homes with another agent but I’m so glad I found Megan because I’ve been able to feel heard and prioritized with her, I’ll definitely be recommending her to people and continue buying properties from her only.

We were in a unique situation in which we, the sellers, shared Megan Wylie as our real estate agent with the buyers. The situation came to pass when the buyers requested her as their agent, too. We agreed to that. I can only say that the process among all of us was seamless, thanks to Megan's objective and streamlined handling, and the two parties responding with a sense of responsible accord. Megan has a deep and wide knowledge of the real estate profession and the local housing market. Her scheduling (timing) and communication skills are superb. Often, I would ask her questions to get clarification on a step in the process, and Megan's response wa...

Megan was amazing! She never got tired of showing me endless houses and making countless offers. She is well-connected and made the deal happen. I award her my highest honor, the gold start of excellence.

We had a wonderful experience with Judith! She was very knowledgeable about the Lake Almanor area, prompt, and very friendly! I would 100% recommend Judith to anyone looking to buy or sell in Lake Almanor!

Whether you are buying or selling in Plumas County, I highly recommend Judy Finkbeiner to be your Realtor. She enthusiastically aspires to meet your real estate needs. She is very welcoming and easy to work with. She takes time to educate her clients from start to finish. Judith knows the area and the history so well since she has lived in the Lake Almanor basin most of her life. Judy was very professional and was available at all times. She also has a wonderful personality and much patience. A joy to work with!

Excellent, very knowledgeable, professional, organized, and very personable. I enjoyed having her as my realtor I definitely would refer her to my friends.

We live in the Napa Area and made the purchase of our gorgeous home at Lake Almanor in 2015. It was with Wendi's help, knowledge, and guidance that we were able to close this home. Wendi was willing to help us 24/7 and give us invaluable advice that made the home-buying process essentially effortless. We highly recommend Wendi and her team to anybody looking to have a house or lot in the beautiful Lake Almanor Basin.

Wendi is highly knowledgeable of the Lake Almanor Basin, we always felt like we walked away with new information every time we spoke with her. She made our home-buying experience very relaxed and simple. We would highly recommend Wendi to our friends and family!
